We rescue dogs primarily off the streets of Mexico and provide them full medical care and a loving. Here at TAP we give voice to the voiceless and our mission is to rescue rehabilitate and find former homeless dogs the best homes possible. Volunteers must be at least 12 years old and volunteers between the ages of 12 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
